A lot of people are claiming that the goji juice is equivalent to the elixir of the fountain of youth. This is all due to the many benefits that you can get when you drink it everyday – making you look younger, have a strong body and a slender frame. In fact the goji berries are declared to be the most nutritious food in the world. Here are some reasons why:

The goji berry juice is made from pressing the goji berries. These berries come from the Asian region and are starting to make a buzz in the health industry these days as one of the super foods that can give people a better quality of life. The berries were first used in Asia due to their medicinal benefits and a lot of Asians have relied on them for thousands of years now. I have decided to try out the effectiveness of this healthy drink and here are my results:

One big change that I noticed after drinking goji juice for a number of days is that I was able to feel younger. The weight loss and the improvement in my skin tone contributed to that fact. This made me more confident in my physique as well.

Another thing I noticed is that I was able to get rid of my insomnia. I read up on it and this is probably because of the fact that goji juice stimulates the production of the human growth hormone which is said to help provide better quality of sleep.

I was also able to observe an improvement in my memory. Before I keep on losing things and forgetting where I last placed my glasses or the remote control but now I do not have trouble with that at all

Adding Goji Juice to Your Meals

Some people fear that they may have a hard time collaborating goji juice in their daily menu. It is actually simple and you do not have to worry about the taste. I personally find the flavor very unique in a pleasant way. The taste of the goji berries is like a combination of berries – cranberry and strawberry in particular.

I also discovered that I can use the juice to add more flavor to my meals. I actually use them to add an exotic flavor to my marinade. You can do that too. All you have to do is gather minced garlic, lemon juice, the goji juice and then salt and pepper. Then you can marinate your chicken on the mixture.
