Lastly, you need to exercise.  Yes, some diets claim you don’t need to, but exercise has many health benefits beyond weight loss.  The right kind of exercise for fast weight loss includes weight lifting.  No, you don’t need to bulk up like a bodybuilder, but using a small amount of weight for longer reps will help your body to become better toned, and as you build the lean muscle mass, your body will burn fat faster when working out as well as throughout the day.
